Senior Pricing Analyst - Project Logistics

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for their Project Logistics division. In this role, you are responsible for delivering complex, strategic modal pricing solutions and analytical insights for both new and existing business opportunities. This role collaborates closely with regional offices, corporate shared services, and customers to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with customer needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead and execute pricing processes, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and branch network needsManage and respond to complex pricing requests for new and existing customers, meeting all deadlinesEnsure compliance with operational policies and maintain accurate pricing documentationOversee bid submissions, verify awards, and upload final rates to the bid ecosystemMaintain quality assurance of submitted rates, awards, and bid materialsGather, consolidate, and validate rates and lane awards for timely bid submissionsCollaborate with account management, sales, and network teams to analyze KPIs and drive pricing strategiesIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance win ratios and pricing effectivenessBuild strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior business leadersMentor and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High school diploma or GEDMinimum 4 years of Global Forwarding operations and/or pricing experienceExperience managing large over dimensional shipments

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programsCommercial experience within C.H. Robinson and/or external logistical experienceWorking knowledge of reporting toolsWorking knowledge of data visualization toolsWorking knowledge of how the intermodal product impacts supply chainsAbility to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partnerExcellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts across multiple functions and levels of the organizationStrong analytical and critical thinking skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendationsAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlinesValues a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$59,300.00 - $123,200.00

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
