**Why you should join:**
TE Connectivity’s Energy Business Unit is currently seeking a driven Pricing Analyst to join the EMEA pricing team.
You will work as part of our EMEA Commercial & Finance team with a strong link to Product Management. In this role, you are responsible for determining the price of new and existing products and services by evaluating cost, marketplace and competitor data, economic conditions, volume, product quality, and market positioning.
You will be assigned to handle pricing activities for specific accounts, territories, or products by following the pricing process, policy, DOA, and business rules to ensure that quotes and corresponding pricing decisions are made accurately and at the required customer speed. With accumulated knowledge of pricing systems and tools, this role is expected to deliver advanced pricing analyses to support the pricing manager and key stakeholders (such as Product Management, Sales, Customer Care, etc.) in addressing operational issues, achieving business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in daily operations.
**Your main tasks:**
+ You analyze available data to support sound pricing decisions
+ You handle different price requests, such as
+ One-off small quotes
+ Yearly price agreements revisions
+ Strategic tenders or bids
+ You ensure all prices are correctly and timely loaded in the ERP system
+ You monitor the performance of the pricing actions taken and of our pricing agreements
+ You identify opportunities related to low margins, price erosion, commercial terms & conditions, and propose solutions that will improve our overall margin
+ You strive for continuous improvement of our pricing processes and (use of) tools available within TE
+ You communicate well with all relevant stakeholders, in particular with the commercial functions, eg Sales, Product Management, Customer Care,…
+ You ensure compliance with all internal and external pricing audit requirements
**KEY KPIs:**
+ Year over Year Price realization and Margin improvement from price actions
+ Achievement of Revenue & Margin targets as a function of price actions and strategies
+ Responsiveness / quote turn-around time
+ Compliance with all audit requirements
+ Strategy implementation
**Your ideal profile:**
+ Minimum bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, e.g. Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance… or comparable experience
+ Action & Result Oriented
+ Data-driven, analytical & process mindset
+ Organizational Agility: flexibility to assume workloads which necessitate adjustment of priorities
+ Timely Decision Making
+ Customer Focus
+ Business Acumen
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
+ Balancing Stakeholders: strong cross-functional collaboration
+ System-savvy, advancing systems skills of MS Office (Excel), SAP, reporting systems (e.g. Tableau) and/or specific Pricing systems
+ Working experience in Pricing or related function (e.g. Finance, Sales, Purchasing…) is a strong plus
+ Understanding of TE’s product portfolio is a plus
+ Working knowledge of LEAN/Continuous Improvement Tools is a plus
