How you´ll make an impactPerform analysis to support strategic and operational pricing initiatives
Perform complex analysis and model scenarios based on input from stakeholders while effectively communicate options and strategies to all levels of the organization. Investigate and make recommendations on non-standard pricing strategies including outcomes-based pricing contracts including recognizing when external data is required and make recommendations for how to obtain.
Conduct country/region pricing reviews to determine contracting structure and monitor execution with stakeholders (e.g., country teams) including utilizing deal tracking tools to ensure capture of deal metrics; performing regular follow-up monitoring of deals to ensure compliance. Propose changes to pricing strategy based on insights gained from monitoring.
Ensure governance of all pricing related topics, including correct flows of approval, levels, ranges, also all the operational aspects involving this governance
Act as a business partner for the business units, actively supporting them on pricing strategies, segmentation analysis and pricing models for each country in the region
Ensure all pricing policies are documented correctly
Monitor and present evolution of pricing topics related to the area
Ability to prepare documents and presentations for different levels of seniority in the organization
Ability to positively influence different seniority levels in the organization
What you will needBachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., Math, statistics, economics, business or sciences), desired
5 years of previous related pricing, business strategy and/or financial planning knowledge Required
Fluent English and Spanish required
What else will help youProven expertise in usage of MS Office platforms
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with governmental officials.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English required. Spanish is desired
Understanding and knowledge in medical device pricing in desired
Understanding of healthcare industry is desired
