Team Dynamics
You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team where every member plays a critical role. The work is varied—one day you’ll be estimating costs, the next you’ll be deep in lab testing or supporting product maintenance. You’ll collaborate closely with a seasoned lead engineer, gaining mentorship and insight while contributing your own expertise.
• Design and develop circuits for switch-mode power supplies, inverters, gate drives, and related systems.
• Work across the full development cycle—from schematics to ECAD, lab testing, and production handover.
• Support cost estimation, cost-down initiatives, and root cause analysis for existing products.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address specific pain points.
• Contribute to EMC evaluations and compliance efforts (expert-level experience not required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Electronics and Drives or a related field.
• Experience with switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and gate drive circuitry is preferred.
• Ability to take designs from concept to production, including schematic capture and layout.
• Familiarity with EMC principles and testing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks across different phases of development.
• Eagerness to learn and grow alongside an experienced lead engineer.
