**Job Description:** **Summary** - Work from short to mid/long-term portfolio strategy to support Champion Petfoods China business strategy - Initiative local innovation project and localization process optimization collaborated with global & Region. **What are we looking for?** + Bachelor degree or above + At least 8+ yrs marketing experience in multinational company，FMCG related industry is a plus + Good communication skill and presentation skill + Good command of English + Data insights capability + Nutrition/CPG related companies are preferred + Portfolio management experience is preferred + NPD / project management is preferred + Scientific based content development is preferred **What will be your key responsibilities?** + **Product strategy planning** : Combine extensive market analysis, insights from channels and pet owners to the medium and long- termproduct strategy for China strategic initiatives for product line development.
