Key Responsibilities:

Act as a technical authority for: API Management (Microsoft)Event Management (Solace & Kafka)iPaaS (Workato)Ensure platform reliability and implement preventative IT security:Vulnerability management, access control, secure configuration.Drive automation and observability improvements:Automate operational tasks, enhance monitoring and alerting.Provide input to platform development teams.Follow ITIL frameworks for change and incident management.Build strong relationships across a large organization. 

 

Required Technical Skills:

Senior-level proficiency in at least one of:Microsoft API Management, Solace/Kafka, Workato.Cloud experience (Azure), CI/CD familiarity.Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript, ARM, Bicep).Knowledge of preventative IT security.Experience with observability tools, such as:Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor.Familiarity with Open Telemetry.Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

 

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years in platform engineering or similar roles.Proven experience managing enterprise integration platforms.Expertise in monitoring, alerting, and security solutions.Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Please note: As our culture and teamwork are very important to us, four days (80%) per week of in-office presence in our office are required.
