What You'll Do:

As the Senior Plant Manager for our Medical Devices Business, you will lead the transformation of our Corona, California facility into a best-in-class operation. You will:

Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and safety. Drive strategic initiatives to improve plant performance and achieve operational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with ISO13485 standards and all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee capital projects to support business growth. Develop and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant capabilities with customer needs and business objectives.

 

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 10 years of plant management experience, including 3 years in the medical device industry. Demonstrate success in operational turnarounds and continuous improvement. Possess strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and driving employee engagement. Have expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems (ISO13485). Show strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on leadership style. Be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and some international Work in a plant environment and wear all required PPE necessary to tour facilities.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification preferred. Knowledge of process validation, VSM, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
