Senior Plant Maintenance Coordinator

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of a Plant Maintenance Coordinator is to direct and coordinate the Curative and Preventive Maintenance for all equipment and facilities, (i.e planning, realisation, sub-contracting follow-up, restart, validation), in order to ensure optimum capital utilization. The main missions of the role are to:

Coordinate and manage the maintenance teamEnsure the continuous development and coaching of maintenance technicians and engineersDirect and coordinate both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipmentEnsure proper implementation Equipment Care Procedure, Maintenance KPI Be part of the procurement of new equipment to assure manufacturing, maintainability and Health, Safety & Environmental and  requirements are metEnsure proper implementation 7MR in his area of responsabilityTo be active and colaborate with Maintenance Network (inside Division, Business Group)Contribute, in liaison with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, to define technical specifications for new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilitiesSupport continuous improvement efforts:  propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilitiesSupport the development of target Material & Information Flow Analysis (MIFA) and plant layout Develop capital budget requirements to adhere to established facilities standardsDefine and monitor quality, cost and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systemsManage the spare parts and consumables warehouseYour profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master's degree in engineering, with a specialisation in mechanics and/or automationAt least 10 years of maintenance/engineering experience within a fast paced manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety & Environment skillsComputer knowledge and skillsInnovation and change management skillsStrong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to effectively interact with associates at all levels and build a network in a matrix organisationMinimum bi-lingual (English desirable)
