The Work You'll Do:
At Sovos, we're transforming how companies around the world manage tax compliance. As a Senior Salesforce Planning & Analytics Manager, you'll be a strategic and hands-on leader who owns Salesforce reporting, analytics, and tooling. This role will build and evolve scalable reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance dashboards that provide executives with clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and growth opportunities.
This is an individual contributor role with broad impact, driving data clarity and business alignment across the GTM organization. It's a unique opportunity to build at scale and directly shape how Sovos operates and grows.
More specifically, you will:
Define and manage KPIs that measure GTM business performance across the organization Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver real-time visibility into pipeline, attainment, and bookings contribution Derive actionable insights that inform strategy, identify trends, and drive decision-making Unlock efficiencies through automation, AI, and next-gen tooling to deliver a best-in-class experience for employees and customers Own Salesforce reporting strategy, governance, and standards across the GTM org Partner with executives to design reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and inspection Innovate with AI and automation to reduce manual lift and deliver next-gen analytics Define and enforce data quality standards; partner with IT/CRM teams to resolve systemic issues Automate recurring reporting processes and introduce scalable frameworks Deliver executive-ready insights and data storytelling that go beyond raw numbers Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutionsWhat We Need From You
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, with deep Salesforce reporting expertise Proven ability to design reporting frameworks that scale across global teams Strong understanding of GTM processes (pipeline stages, forecasting, attainment, coverage models) Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to optimize efficiency and unlock insights Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with executives BI experience (Tableau, Quicksight) is preferred Ability to work remotely with minimal (less than 25%) travel required both domestic and international to Sovos locations and events Proficiency with technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hireWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
