Senior Planner / Scheduler – 6 months

Airswift is seeking a Senior Planner / Scheduler to work on a Contractor position for 6 months with an Oil and Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES?
• Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule, ensuring alignment across all technical and non-technical disciplines and key contractors.
• Collect and validate schedule inputs from subsurface, wells and facilities engineering, procurement, permitting, and other project functions.
• Build master schedule and review and integrate contractors’ schedules.
• Support what-if scenario analysis for concept selection and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis to identify potential impacts and mitigation measures.
• Regularly update and monitor the integrated schedule, ensuring logic across activities and adherence to timelines.
• Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS?
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale offshore oil & gas projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMI-SP or PMP are a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel to project sites inside and outside of Mexico.
