About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Planner / Scheduler to support a portfolio of Mining Sustaining Capital projects across various commodities and clients. This Brisbane-based role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic project environment with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, and data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded execution schedules. Use schedules to generate S-curves, earned value (EV), and cash flow forecasts. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates. Support reporting and analytics using Power BI and other tools. Contribute to schedule risk assessments and project controls processes. Requirements 7–15 years of experience in project scheduling. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards. Exposure to cost control and project controls is a plus. Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessments and tools like InEight is desirable. Background in mining, energy, water, or infrastructure projects.
