Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Performance Quality Engineer in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities: * Embed integrated performance testing into CI pipelines to ensure early feedback during the development lifecycle using the Performance Self-Service Framework * Lead application-level performance testing efforts, including scope definition, execution, monitoring, and remediation of performance issues * Support initiatives such as Chaos Testing, SRE Performance Governance Gateways, and the Engineering Excellence Maturity Model Framework * Continuously enhance technical skills and mentor senior engineers across the team * Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes within the performance testing shared service * Manage project status updates, initiate stakeholder discussions to resolve issues, and collaborate directly with users to define project requirements * Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance testing and delivery workflows
