As the Senior Performance Insights Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business, using data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. You'll deliver high-quality analysis, design executive-level reports, and support key decisions through compelling data storytelling. Experience
7+ years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance reportingProven success in translating data into strategic insights for executive stakeholdersExperience working in complex or service delivery environments (e.g., shared services or managed services)Familiarity with building dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen with the ability to link data insights to business drivers and strategic goalsExposure to governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)Skills & Knowledge
Strong commercial and business acumenDeep understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance frameworksExcellent communication and data storytelling skills, both written and verbalHigh-level stakeholder engagement and consulting capabilityStrong attention to detail with an ability to simplify the complexComfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver under tight deadlinesEducation & Qualifications
