As a Senior Perfect Store Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the Perfect Store strategy to deliver best-in-class, category-leading in-store excellence. You will drive superior retail fundamentals across channels – ensuring our brands win at the point of purchase through strong visibility, availability, impactful shopper activation, and flawless execution.
You will translate commercial, category, and shopper insights into clear retail execution standards and scalable playbooks – enabling field teams to consistently deliver high-quality in-store performance.
This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Planning, Customer Teams, and external partners to design and implement impactful in-store strategies aligned with brand and customer growth priorities.
How you will contribute
You will:
Lead the development and continuous evolution of the Perfect Store framework, defining clear standards across assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, POSM, and visibility.Translate brand and commercial strategies into shopper-led, customer-relevant Perfect Store execution plans across channels and retail environments.Drive end-to-end governance of in-store execution excellence, ensuring strong adoption and compliance with Perfect Store standards.Partner closely with Sales, Category Planning, Marketing, CP&A, and Customer teams to co-create scalable in-store solutions aligned with retailer priorities.Oversee POSM and in-store activation strategy within the broader Perfect Store framework to maximize shopper conversion and retail impact.Engage key account teams to strengthen sell-in of Perfect Store initiatives and support Joint Business Planning with retailers.Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking to measure Perfect Store compliance and business impact.Develop toolkits, playbooks, and capability-building programs to strengthen field team execution and elevate in-store standards nationally.What you will bring

Strong experience in Sales Excellence, Perfect Store, Trade Marketing, Category Development, or Shopper Marketing within FMCG.Deep understanding of retail execution, shopper behavior, and in-store conversion drivers.Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution excellence at scale.Strong analytical mindset with experience using retail and shopper data to drive decisions.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across commercial teams.What extra ingredients you will bring:
