Senior People Relations Partner

The Senior People Relations Partner plays a key role in supporting a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace. You will conduct employee relations investigations, collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization, and provide consultation on people issues to support our culture and reduce organizational risk.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred3+ years of HR experience2+ years of recent employee relations experienceDemonstrate knowledge of US and Canadian employment lawsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of the organizationStrong appreciation for customer service and collaborationPossess a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well in an ambiguous environmentAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismLead end-to-end investigations into employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misconductPrepare timely and well-documented findings in alignment with internal protocols and employment lawAdvise leaders and HR partners on performance management, corrective action, and equitable resolution strategiesIdentify workplace trends and recommend proactive interventions to protect RB cultureCollaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure adherence to policies and regulationsMaintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation and reporting practicesContribute to the ongoing improvement of policies, procedures, and training related to conduct, culture, and complianceWork on internal projects/assignments as needed
