Senior People Partner - Sales

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to support our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role is key to one of SumUp’s most critical sales channels. You’ll partner with sales leaders to shape people processes, coach leaders, and use data to build a high-performing, engaged team.

What you’ll do

Partner with Field Sales leadership to align people strategies with business goals

Design and deliver talent and performance programs that support growth and career development

Drive engagement and belonging, building a strong team culture

Coach leaders on people topics and guide organisational change

Collaborate with People and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time

Use data and insights to inform decisions and shape the future of the team

You'll be great for this role if you have/are:

Experienced as a Senior HR Business Partner, ideally in Field Sales or commercial organisations

Strong track record in talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement

Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills

Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders

Collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about helping people grow.
