Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and exceptional people experiences? Join JLL as our Senior People Experience Partner for Property Management across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll be a trusted advisor who translates business strategy into people outcomes leveraging our Centres of Excellence and advanced HR technologies to deliver transformative solutions across:

Organisational change and design

AI adoption and future skills readiness

Workforce planning and talent management

Culture, engagement, and belonging

Employee relations and performance management

What your day-to-day will look like:

Being a Strategic Partner

Drive transformation initiatives and people priorities across the Property Management business line

Design innovative, future-focused HR solutions that enable growth and build capability

Provide expert counsel on organisational design, structural change, and cultural evolution

Champion JLL's leadership behaviors and values throughout the business

Elevate the Employee Experience

Coach and advise people leaders on performance and people matters with empathy and commercial insight

Deliver exceptional experiences across the entire employee lifecycle

Foster an inclusive culture where diversity is celebrated and everyone belongs

Keep leaders informed on employment legislation, policy updates, and People initiatives

Navigate Complexity with Confidence

Partner with our Employee Relations Centre of Excellence to manage complex ER matters

Conduct thorough workplace investigations with fairness and transparency

Provide strategic recommendations on performance management with a focus on delivery and risk

Ensure all advice and actions comply with Australian employment law and JLL policies

Drive Insights and Innovation

Translate people data into actionable business insights using cutting-edge HR technology

Support employees through transitions, restructures, and organisational change

Champion continuous learning and AI adoption in partnership with our L&D team

Contribute to HR projects locally and regionally, sharing best practices across our global community

What You Bring:

Experience

Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology

Proven success as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner managing senior stakeholders in matrix organisations

Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, Long Service Leave, WHS, psychosocial hazards)

Your Capabilities

Strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence

Exceptional communication skills—you translate complex HR concepts into clear business language

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with a delivery focus

Commercial acumen and credibility when advising senior leaders

Digitally savvy and comfortable with HR technology platforms and AI tools
