We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Specialist, who will act as a trusted P&C partner to the Commercial organization, driving strategic people initiatives and enabling a high‑performing, consumer‑centric culture. The role supports Commercial leadership teams in building organizational capabilities, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline, and strengthening leadership effectiveness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Sr. Manager P&C Commercial in:
• Strategic P&C Partnership: Translate global and market P&C strategies into Commercial-specific actions.• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Deploy talent strategy, manage pipeline and succession.• Leadership & Performance Culture: Coach managers, reinforce PMI leadership behaviors• Employee Experience & Engagement: Strengthen employee relations and engagement.• Employee Lifecycle Support: Advise managers across hiring, onboarding, development, performance.• Change & Transformation Support: Support transformation programs and change management.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR• 3+ years HR/P&C or Commercial experience.• Strong understanding of core P&C disciplines.• Experience with Commercial/Field Sales is a plus.• Strong coaching, influencing, analytical skills.• Excellent Ukrainian and English.• University degree in Business/HR/Psychology.WHAT WE OFFERA culture valuing inclusion, innovation, consumer empathy, and continuous learning, with opportunities to grow and shape the future of the Commercial organization
