C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior People Analytics Consultant to join the team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for leadership when it comes to people data and analytics, helping to measure the impact of Human Resources (HR) strategic initiatives and drive smart, data-backed decisions. You’ll combine your expertise in people data, business intelligence tools, and talent processes with a strong understanding of HR strategy. From start to finish, you’ll lead advanced analytics projects, supporting key talent priorities including developing a future-ready workforce, strengthening our leadership pipelines, and driving employee engagement. Your ability to stay on top of priorities and connect the dots will play a key role in advancing talent strategies and improving the employee experience.
This position offers remote capabilities with the flexibility to come into the office as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage large scale analytics projects end-to-end in support of key talent priorities such as talent management & succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement & culture, and skill development.
Deliver actionable insights to HR leadership team and program owners through complex data analysis, statistical modeling and tailored story telling
Impact a positive employee experience via our comprehensive listening strategy, including annual engagement/pulse surveys, life cycle surveys and automated behavior nudges.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing how we gather, measure, and share employee sentiment with leaders and executives to drive action
Support the enterprise operating model by defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to HR strategy and Centers of Excellence (COEs) operating efficiency and effectiveness.
Problem solve by partnering with cross functional teams to conduct root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs to inform counter measures and corrective actions
Standardize measurement for all learning offerings/systems and create a framework for outcome-based measurement of key development programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of analytics experience, ideally including work in HR, employee experience, or listening strategy initiatives
Ability to travel up to 5%
Preferred:
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and statistical methodologies (e.g., regression, clustering, tree models)
Strong storytelling skills to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
Proven ability to manage projects, lead discussions, and influence outcomes
Comfortable facilitating analytics discussions with senior leadership
Skilled communicator who can bridge data, reporting, and business needs
Experience with HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation) and Workday systems
Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) and advanced BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau)
Ability to build strong relationships and foster open, collaborative conversations

Compensation Range
$85,100.00 - $134,400.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
