What You’ll Do + Architect and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Pega PRPC. + Lead technical design and development efforts across complex projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sophisticated business needs. + Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, performance, and scalability. + Champion best practices and technical excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle. What We’re Looking For + 3+ years of experience building solutions with Pega. + Strong expertise in workflows, business rules, UI, data pages, activities, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus. + PCSSA certification is mandatory.
