Senior Pega Developer

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Pega Developer at Marsh, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Pega applications that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, along with strong technical expertise in integration and database management.

We will count on you to:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications in accordance with project requirements and best practices.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and optimize Pega PRPC, Workflow, and Decisioning rules to support business processes.Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.Manage database interactions and ensure data integrity using SQL.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.6+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applicationsProficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advanced Level of English is a Must
