The Project Specialist, Product Change Management role in Mondelēz organisational structure is responsible for managing product/business change initiatives e.g product geographical expansion to new markets, pack change, limited edition, productivity and quality improvements - from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role is cross-category for Chocolate, Candy and Bakery, giving you a unique chance to work with such brands as Milka, Cadbury, Toblerone, Marabou, Daim, Prince Polo, Cote d’Or, Mirabell, Halls, Grenade, TUC, Oreo, 7Days, etc.

This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Category Development / Business Planning, Demand Fulfillment Analyst, Order To Cash experts, Supply Planning, Business Development, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements

Cross-functional project team management: identifying and engaging cross-functional representatives, forming a team to deliver a project brief

Monitoring project progress from the initial stage to the launch and providing corrective actions, accelerating or stopping the project if the business need exists

Ensuring that project scope and timing take into consideration minimising waste (raw, pack or finished goods) and unwanted complexity (utilising existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system

Ensuring correct Product Labelling Specifications (PLS) handling, Artwork process coordination

Collaborating on action plans to manage I2M interdependencies effectively.

What you need to be successful:

Project Management experience and knowledge, preferably in New Product Launches or Product Change

Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles is an advantage

Qualifications – degree level or equivalent, Project Management qualification an advantage

FMCG experience is a benefit

Ability to demonstrate strong meeting management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders

Strong initiative in problem-solving, framing alternative solutions, and driving delivery

Process-oriented – ability to monitor, measure, and report

Multitasking and the ability to manage ambiguity

High level of experience with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.

Experience or eagerness to develop in team management will be a plus.
