In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. In this role, you will: + Design moderate to complex high-reliability rigid, rigid-flex and/or flexible printed circuits with digital, analog, RF, and power circuits conforming to industry and company standards. + Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, configuration, and other disciplines to develop the design according to individual design requirements, supplier and factory capability + Create and update design documentation including fabrication, assembly, and schematic drawings, fabrication files, BOM and manage their release. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + 6 years printed circuit board design experience (rigid, rigid-flex) + Proficiency with Cadence SPB software package version 17.4 or newer, including PCB Editor, Design Entry HDL and System Capture + Proficiency with complex board layouts IAW IPC-2221 and associated standards + Demonstrably strong communication skills + Flexibility to adapt to changing design and program needs, guidelines and process + Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to self-improvement + Passion for quality **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 10 years printed circuit board design experience (rigid, rigid-flex) + Associate s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent + Experience with a product lifecycle management (PLM) system/tool for the release and update of designs and data + Proficiency with DFM rules and tools such as Valor NPI + IPC Certified Designer (CID or CID ) + Programming experience, particularly Cadence Allegro SKILL and TCL **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $105827 - $179906 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
