**KBF is currently seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist.**
Collaborating with the KBF Payroll Team, the **Senior** **Payroll Specialist** will provide administration, implementation, and execution of processes and system requirements related to payroll. This position will spearhead personalized payroll support for KBF clients, **working from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Philippine time** with a varied training schedule. This position is for Philippine-based applicants only and is willing to work hybrid in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple systems and jurisdictions.
+ Act as a subject-matter expert on complex payroll issues including tax, deductions, and benefits.
+ Review and validate payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
+ Partner with HR and Finance for audits, payroll tax filings, and reporting requirements.
+ Mentor and guide Payroll Specialists to ensure process consistency.
+ Coordinate with clients, auditors, and service providers for payroll compliance.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
+ Provide payroll reports and analytics to support business decisions.
+ Lead special projects related to payroll automation, system migration, or policy development.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
+ US and/or PH Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification strongly preferred.
+ At least 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, including global or US multi-state exposure.
+ Solid knowledge of US payroll tax, employment law, and IRS compliance.
+ Solid experience in handling multiple payroll clients.
+ Strong background in client payroll onboarding.
+ Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
+ Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks, Gusto, Rippling, Paylocity, UKG, Deel) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
