Senior Payroll Consultant - Waltham, MA

Our client, a global life sciences consulting organization, is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant for a long-term contract. This role focuses on managing payroll operations while the company transitions to a new payroll system.

Responsibilities:

Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll and coordinate international payroll with third-party vendors.Handle payroll adjustments, spot bonuses, and ensure accurate multi-state payroll compliance.Support payroll accounting functions, including journal entries and reporting.Respond to employee payroll inquiries and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Qualifications:
