Senior Payroll Analyst with Italian

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a particular focus on Italy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data.Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management.Ensure the accuracy of payroll data including payment and booking files in a timely mannerProvide the external vendors with input and instructions.Ensure accuracy of payroll output data including payment and booking files in a timely mannerProvide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.Prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance purposes.Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.Participate in payroll-related projects.

WHO YOU ARE:

You have at least 4 years of experience in the payroll (or related) area.You have knowledge of key regulations for Italian Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management.You pay attention to detail.You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel)You understand how to work with confidential data.You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines.You speak English and Italian fluently (Mandatory).
