We are looking for a Senior Payables Specialist to join our DHL Global Forwarding team!Position:                     Senior Payables Specialist                                  Reports to:                 Payables Manager                                                                        Key Tasks: -

Manage outsourcing and daily operation with Global Service Center team.Liaise with Finance Shared Services and vendors to ensure that bills are timely processed and promptly paid.Assist in the improvement of Finance processes and controls, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.Resolve conflicts or dispute related to supplier payment by liaison with product managers, suppliers, and GSC.Manage month-end and year-end AP closing procedures and accruals.Handle vendor master data process and review the master database in compliance.Support the finance team in any task as assigned.Qualifications Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or any related field.At least 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting-APStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Solid experience in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, charts, etc.) required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication in English.
