An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required *up front* to be considered for this position (this is firm). The candidate will support Government staff in the following: + Outreach and engagement within a functional area. + Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value. + Develop and deliver required contracts, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders. + Support partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development and execution of conferences, symposiums and events. + Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs. + Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia. + Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan. + Experience with Insider Threat and OPSEC + Acts as a technical liaison with partners. + Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings andauthors post meeting reports and summaries of conclusions. + Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience + Excellent written and oral communication skills required + Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience desired + Experience working in the Intelligence Community + **Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph up front (this is firm).** At **Leidos** , the opportunities are boundless.
