This role is a Senior Partner Development Manager in the Enterprise Partner Solutions team, covering Software Development Companies (SDC). You will be accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services, with our SDC Partners. Our SDC Partner partner portfolio includes independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you are expected to bring your work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and customer-centric passion to stimulate growth and transformation within our partner ecosystem. Your challenger mindset, sales management expertise, technological and industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in enabling our partners to deliver market-leading solutions to our customers. This role offers a chance to fast-track your career growth as you engage with intricate partner organizations, establish robust relationships in the C-Suite, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to boost performance and tackle complex issues. You will act as the Chief Revenue Officer for your partners' commercial performance, driving sustainable sales impact from your partners to customers, and acquiring end-to-end solution selling expertise.
