Senior Partner Alliances Manager - DACH & Eastern Europe

Summary
The Senior Partner Alliances Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market presence in multiple OneStream sales regions. This role will be responsible for recruiting new partners, building strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring the successful execution of joint initiatives such as OneStream webinars and events. Additionally, this role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, a high level of proficiency in relationship management, and a proven track record of dealing with partners implementing Corporate Performance Management solutions.
The ideal candidate will be located within Germany. This role will cover the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Eastern Europe (primarily Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, but others may be in scope) regions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our strategic goals ensuring that those recruited are properly equipped with the messaging and training for success.
Partnership Development and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular review meetings.
Business Development: Work with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies. Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives to support lead generation and partner referrals.
Customer Success: Working with our Partner Enablement and Customer Success teams to regularly review projects with partners to ensure customer success and escalation where needed.
Sales Alignment: Working closely with OneStream Sales and partners ensuring mutual sales success.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of OneStream initiatives and events in your region. Ensure that all partnership activities are aligned with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
Partner Enablement: Inform and educate partners through regular product update sessions so that they are utilising the full power of the OneStream platform when configuring the solution for customers.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of partnerships. Provide regular reports and insights to your management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure the success of OneStream partnerships in your region.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership strategies.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role.
3+ years of experience in partner management within enterprise application software provider(s).
Previous experience that has provided you with a good understanding of Corporate Performance Management and the operational issues around financial consolidation and FP&A processes.
Preferred Education and Experience
A Business degree or finance qualification is desirable.
Previous experience using or implementing Corporate Performance Management solutions from organisations such as Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Workday, Tagetik, Anaplan, or Workiva is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Travel
You will be required to travel up to 30% within your region to attend meetings and events with our partners. You should also expect to travel internationally at least twice per year for OneStream conferences and events which last for several days.
