**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant you will work on client-facing roles responsible for both solutioning and delivery. This role will be responsible for understanding requirements and applying industry best practices to design solutions meeting those requirements for clients. At IBM we belive, a successful consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients automate sales, marketing and service processes using Salesforce platform and solutions across divisions. Few KPIs directly impacted by your work would reduced costs, improve profit, prpcess improvements and stakeholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
•Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
•Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges and address them with solution architecture.
•Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.
•BRDs and FSDs: Document and align requirements in form of BRDs, user stories and FSDs
**Required technical and professional expertise**
1. Expert in Salesforce Sales, Service and marketing cloud.
2. Any one industry cloud knowledge will be preferred.
3. Experience of working with Indian clients is must.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Salesforce agent force knowledge will be an added advantage.
