Senior Order Operations Analyst, Client Facing, Spectrum Business

As an Order Operations Analyst, you will process and review post-sale orders, diagnose issues, and ensure accurate account management. Your expertise will shape the order lifecycle and support the seamless implementation of Spectrum Enterprise solutions, making a measurable difference across our Service Delivery organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

Analyze orders after sale completion and process accounts accurately using Spectrum’s systems and toolsEnsure timely and precise order entry into the billing system to facilitate service deliveryCollaborate with clients to execute service implementation within expected timelinesCoordinate efforts with internal departments to maintain Service Level ObjectivesIdentify, analyze, and resolve complex implementation issues to drive orders forwardGather and interpret data elements to recommend improvements to Order Operations leadershipDevelop and maintain order monitoring based on tasks, goals, and time frame requirementsCommunicate clearly with various organizational levels and engage clients to clarify order details, including contract revisions

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education   

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience   

2+ years customer service, order entry, or order management experience2+ years of data entry experience2+ years of advanced telephony or data industry experience2+ years project management or project coordination experience2+ years working with SalesForce or similar CRM tool2+ years telecommunications or cable industry work experience

Skills 

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishCapability to work effectively in a high demand, fast-paced team-oriented environmentProficiency in Order Operations processes and business rulesStrong organizing, prioritization and decision-making abilitiesCapacity to maintain confidentiality of customer and business dataRelationship-building skills for effective teamwork across SpectrumSkill in presenting information logically and professionally to leadershipAbility to handle projects and tasks while meeting deadlinesIn-depth proficiency with MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with technical aptitude to learn additional databasesUnderstanding of Spectrum’s fiber and coax-based product and service offerings
