Senior Optimisation Manager - FTC Job Description: Senior Optimisation Manager – Digital Experience | Sage As we continue to transform our digital experiences globally, this is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of that transformation. We are looking for a Senior Optimisation Manager to join the Digital Experience team at Sage, leading the charge in user-led improvements to our global website experiences. This is a strategic leadership role where you will own the creation and implementation of a data-driven, scalable web optimisation strategy across our primary web destination,www.sage.com, globally. Key Skills and Experience • Proven leadership in digital optimisation, with a track record of delivering commercial impact through experimentation and personalisation. • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Deep experience with testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) and statistical data analysis. • Strong understanding of UX design principles, hypothesis creation, and ideation methodologies. • Skilled in wireframing, data interpretation, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Experience applying strategic frameworks • Experience of adopting AI tools to power outcomes and efficiencies Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Lead and manage a team of optimisation specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development. • Communicate with clarity and impact, bringing stakeholders on the journey through compelling storytelling, data-led insights and strategy. Be able to discuss ideas persuasively with senior stakeholders. • Own the experimentation and personalisation programme, setting the vision and roadmap for optimisation across digital hubs. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data, insights, and user feedback to drive meaningful change. • Inspire and influence cross-functional teams including UX, Insights, SEO, PPC, Content, and Web Delivery to align on optimisation goals and deliver exceptional digital experiences. • Own and evolve the CRO strategy, ensuring it supports commercial objectives and delivers measurable impact across lead generation, product trials, demos, and e-commerce. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance culture and developing optimisation capabilities across the business.
