2nd Shift Hours: 1:00pm – 9:30pm, Monday – Friday

As a Senior Operator - 2nd Shift at our Plainfield, Indiana, Distribution Center, you will be responsible for:

Train new hires in all aspects of our department and perform forklift certificationsServe as backup Team LeadUse of powered industrial equipment – Stand Up Reach Lift, Dock Stocker, Walkie Rider, Order PickerUnload / Load Trucks, break down shipments, pack shipments, operate equipment to receive product into various rack and floor positionsUse a portable RF scanner to complete tasks in the systemUse a computer to move product in an automated storage and retrieval systemComplete Case Picking, Pallet Picking and ReplenishmentsAssist other departments (Picking and Shipping) when neededMaintain appropriate productivity, quality and attendance

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $41,700 - Max $62,600

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
