The Senior Operative ensures that the Stryker products are received, stored and shipped in a professional and timely fashion with the right quality. The Senior Operative continually improves this job’s activities to meet the customers’ expectations and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a hands-on self-starter, involved in daily logistics operations while setting direction and overseeing team execution.Develop and implement operational plans, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency and effectiveness aligned with business goals.

Your profile

Fluent English is required and fluent Swedish is preferred.Forklift truck training.Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g. Microsoft Office, ERP knowledge) is a plus.Minimum 2 years of similar job experience.
