(Senior) Operations Transformation Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The (Senior) Operations Transformation Manager will work closely with the Asia Region COO, the (Senior) Operations Transformation Manager supports regional operational performance improvement, transformation initiatives, and internal projects, while fostering effective collaboration across functions, business units, and the international corporate organization. The role provides structured oversight, coordination, and process improvement support across regional operations, enabling more efficient processes, consistent execution, and measurable results.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transformation & Process Improvement

Support identification, design, and implementation of operational improvement initiatives across the region.Assist in process standardization, efficiency improvements, and performance measurement initiatives.Facilitate root-cause analyses, problem-solving workshops, and operational reviews.Support adoption of operational best practices and frameworks across functions and business units.Establish, maintain, and enhance the regional PMO framework, standards, and reporting.Support planning, prioritization, and execution of regional internal projects and transformation initiatives.Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as required.Support the implementation of tools, templates, and guidance to ensure consistent project management practices across the region.Lead selected transformation initiatives or internal projects from planning to execution and closure.

Governance, Reporting & Insights

Prepare operational and project performance dashboards, reports, and updates for regional and international Corporate leadership.Support regional governance forums and decision-making bodies with structured materials and follow-up on actions and decisions.Ensure transparent and effective communication between various teams, functional leaders, business units, and corporate stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with functional heads, business units, regional teams, and corporate counterparts to align initiatives with operational and strategic priorities.Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.Support change management and ensure adoption of improved processes and systems across the region.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5-8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, project management, or transformation programs.Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization, including planning, execution, and reporting.Experience working with multiple functions, business units, and international stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) is an advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Due to the complexity of the environment, operational responsibilities and sensitivity of Group activities, the Head of Security is expected to demonstrate a high level of soft skills and a strong leadership:

Core Competencies

Strong operational improvement and project execution skills.Ability to structure complex initiatives, drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery of tangible results of workstreams or projects.Understanding of regional operations, processes, and performance metrics.Analytical, structured, and result focused.

Behavioral and Leadership Skills

Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across functions, business units, and corporate stakeholders.Proactive, hands-on, and delivery oriented.Able to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Additional Experience (Preferred)

Experience supporting regional operations in a multi-country or matrixed organization.Exposure to internal transformation, digitalization, or operational improvement programs.Strong presentation skills and experience preparing executive-level materials incl. reports, dashboards.
