Raymond James is seeking a high-impact Senior Operations Recruiter to drive hiring excellence across our fast-paced and highly collaborative Operations organization. Operations plays a critical role in supporting advisors, branch professionals, and investor clients through a wide range of processing, service, and client‑experience functions. This includes sustained high-volume hiring for call centers, customer service, and back‑office operations roles.
As a Senior Operations Recruiter, you will own a complex, high-velocity requisition load while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will expertly manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring organized, efficient processes and an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring partners. You will be a key relationship builder, strengthening partnerships across Operations, influencing decisions with data, and proactively anticipating business needs.
You will join a small, high-performing Operations recruiting team known for collaboration, agility, and strong execution. In this role, you will:
+ Lead and refine high-volume recruiting strategies that consistently deliver strong, diverse pipelines.
+ Build deep relationships with business leaders, providing insight-driven recommendations and market intelligence.
+ Manage a structured, organized recruiting workflow that balances speed with quality and compliance.
+ Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, creating meaningful and memorable interactions throughout the process.
+ Leverage data, dashboards, and recruiting technology to guide conversations and drive continuous improvement.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and process optimization.
+ Coach and mentor peers, contributing to the collective strength and growth of the Operations recruiting team.
+ Develop specialization in relevant markets and talent segments to support both current and future business priorities.
**Required Skills:**
+ Deep expertise in high-volume talent acquisition, funnel optimization, and scalable recruiting processes.
+ Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and structured, objective hiring practices that support fair and consistent selection decisions.
+ Demonstrated ability to use talent analytics, dashboards, and market data to influence leaders and drive hiring decisions.
+ Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI search tools, and talent intelligence platforms.
+ Skill in managing competing priorities and shifting demands across multiple business units.
+ Ability to coach hiring leaders on interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.
+ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
+ Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
+ Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred), HR technologies, and workflow optimization within a structured recruiting process.
**Required Experience:**
+ 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant exposure to high-volume, multi-requisition environments.
+ Proven success supporting Operations, Service, Call Center, or high-velocity hiring functions.
+ Experience partnering directly with mid- to senior-level leaders to drive hiring strategy and workforce planning.
+ Background in building proactive pipelines, sourcing requisition talent pools, and long-term sourcing strategies.
+ Experience in regulated industries (financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.) preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage surge hiring, seasonal spikes, or rapid growth scenarios.
+ Prior experience training, mentoring, or supporting other recruiters is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant certifications (AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR) are beneficial.
