Job Purpose:
• Support development and execution of ORA deliverables across project lifecycle. The role ensuring asset is operable, maintainable, and ready for startup. This role works closely with ORA Manager, EPCIC Contractor, Operations Team and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure ORA deliverables completed on schedule.
• Develop and execute ORA Plan.
• Maintain governance frameworks & readiness criteria.
• Interface with Engineering, AIM, Operations.
• Support cost optimization.
• Monitor ORA progress & risks.
• Align operations philosophy & procedures.
• Ensure risk mitigation measures embedded.
• Facilitate communication with EPCIC contractor.
• Perform QA on readiness documentation.
• Monitor shore base readiness.
• Support ORA manager as interface.

Requirements
• Open for Malaysian only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably majoring in Marine or Mechanical or equivalent, OR
Certificate of Competency:
Class 2 of Secon Engineer > 3000 kW Unlimited (minimum Class 4 Watchkeeping Engineer > 750 kW Unlimited) OR
Class 1 Chief Officer > 3000 kW Unlimited (minimum Class 3 Watchkeeping Officer > 750 kW Unlimited).
Possession of the above CoC qualification considered advantage.
• 6+ years FPSO/FSO operations, asset assurance or project execution.
• Demonstrated experience in ORA/Commissioning/AIM.
• Experience interfacing with EPCIC Contractors and understanding project to operation transition process.
• Strong planning & coordination.
• Good understanding of operations, maintenance, HSE.
• Good risk assessment & decision-making.
