PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.Keeps current with cutting edge business and economic trends to forecast how the program will need to adapt and change over time.Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the program. Ensures and improves the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Implements business strategies that align with customer needs and company values.Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Interfaces with customer and stakeholders to understand the needs of the program; assesses requirements, develops mission plans, and manages operations execution.Provides overall leadership and supervision for all operational functions, including flight, data processing, security, mobilization, and remobilization activities.Supervises the collection, processing, and dissemination of geospatial data using HR3D data products.Ensures implementation of common geospatial data management procedures and operations established by the customer.Ensures compliance with local and federal regulations with all OCONUS sites.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience5+ years of related experience
