We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Consumer Data Platform (CDP) with an aptitude for analytical and creative problem solving to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping keep our Consumer Data Platform and ecosystem of IT products, supporting digital brand building, online and operating at full efficiency. This includes but not limited to developing, maintaining, and governing tools, policies, and processes for our Consumer Data Platform, consumer data ingestion and syndication pipelines, campaign, and reporting tools. You will use your skills and expertise with a multinational, multicultural, multi-vendor team to run better production applications and systems that support consumer digital activations of P&G brands.

Key responsibilities:

Co-own ongoing integrated operational model of our CDP with multiple supplier teams including governance of key ITIL processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, escalation management, capacity, and performance management and operational KPI reporting and analytics

Provide technical expertise for issue resolution and root cause analyses

Identify systemic operational challenges, bring technical leadership, and define repeatable SOPs or automation to address them with clear, well defined outcomes and measurable standards for CDP platform

Co-design and implement toolchain, processes, and standards to help the organization operate at scale and adopt best-in-class Site Reliability Engineering practices

Co-lead the technical implementation of application and infrastructure monitoring and alerting in collaboration with in-house and external data and software engineers using cloud platform, data base and analytics technologies

Understands interdependencies with other products/capabilities within the consumer space, defines support designs and implementation plans of new integrations tailored for programs in the region

Ensures work is delivered with quality, on-time, on-cost and according to business priorities and service level agreements with partners

Implements security and access management controls, ensures platform compliance with P&G policies and existing privacy regulations

Communicates system constraints to product teams, partners with stakeholders to assess innovation opportunities and new business cases

Drive the continuous improvement of reliability, security, efficiency, and scalability of production systems through software engineering practices in partnership with development teams by participating in system design consulting, platform management and capacity planning.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrated passion and prior experiences in learning to grow additional IT skills and knowledge in a similar role.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve real world problems in a fast-moving environment through technology

Driven to accomplish ambitious goals

Strong leadership and communication skills with proficiency in crisis and conflict management

Team player with various roles, backgrounds, and nationalities (business owners, product managers, architects, software developers, data engineers, etc.)

Experience of managing suppliers in outsourcing contracts, ability to work in multi-vendor environment

Preferred:

Previous experience in SAFe/ Agile, IT Operations, and consumer knowledge.

Knowledge and experience on DevOps/Agile tools, and technologies such as microservices, Google Cloud Platform, Python/Java, REST APIs, among others.

Certifications: ITIL4, SREF
