✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nEnsure contractual SLAs are met and customer requirements fulfilled.\nMaintain effective communication at all levels.\nUse KPIs and data to measure and drive performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.\nLead and manage operational and administration teams using OMS tools.\nIdentify new business opportunities, including cost modeling and implementation support.\nOversee Health & Safety and environmental compliance within operations.\nDeliver a safe, secure, and fair work environment and maintain HSMS audit standards.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nManagement experience in Logistics or Transport operations.\nContract Management experience (desirable).\nAutomotive industry experience (desirable).\nExperience working in a unionized environment.\nStrong customer and stakeholder management skills.\n\n
