Accountable for Project management of all projects, with direct ownership of large-scale Govt projects.

Ensure that B2B (Corporate & Higher Ed) projects are delivered within the specified Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality. 

Establish a good rapport with all clients/stakeholders. Customer satisfaction and retention of existing B2B clients. 

Accountable for the Project & Delivery Team’s mentor & manage the team to achieve Project Milestones.

Process owner for all B2B Projects, process improvement, process documentation and responsible for ensuring Compliance. 

To collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Training, Content, Sales, and Finance teams) to ensure flawless project delivery and process compliance.

To ensure optimisation of revenue through increased efficiency and reduced costs.
