Description Leads and oversees all outbound operations within an Amazon Fulfillment Center, ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders. Key job responsibilities - Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes - Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees) - Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures - Optimize resource allocation and labor planning - Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Employee and performance management experience - Experience with lean manufacturing principles - Advanced English Skills Preferred Qualifications - Data-driven decision making skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
