Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated Senior Operations Finance Coordinator to join the Bioanalytical and Vaccine Operations Finance team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities:

Financial reconciliations for all Bioanalytical and Vaccine studies

Investigate deferred or unbilled balances

Communicate effectively with sponsors and internal colleagues regarding reconciliations, invoices, revenue recognition and data issues in a timely manner

Collaborate across departments to address sponsor concerns promptly and support team activities when required

Compiles, analyzes and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities

Prepares and sends external accrual and client specific reports on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

Proven experience in an accounting role

Outstanding attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong analytical skills

Experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, as well as PowerBI Dashboards is a plus
