The Role

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Operations Coordinator that has arisen within our Technical Services team at Baxter. As the Senior Operation Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our Technical Field Service and Depot Repair teams. Your primary duties will involve managing service orders and requests, preserving data accuracy, and acting as the key contact for service issues and complaints. You will devise and implement standard processes to meet the needs of both internal and external customers, consistently pursuing excellence in every aspect of your role.

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will navigate challenges with a positive growth mindset, offering solutions and options to your supervisor in a communicative and collaborative manner. Your proven ability to handle service-related inquiries and maintain high standards of compliance will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities

Manage Customer Operations’ Shared Inbox & Phone enquiries

Open and close service requests, ensuring timely closure and accurate reporting

Log complaints and coordinate warranties

Manage service contracts within JDE, including both billing and work order creation

Maintain the MOD dashboard and coordinate execution with in-house and third-party technicians

Complete weekly invoicing of service jobs and promptly issue credits

Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support business operations and achieve critical metrics

Collaborate with the Manager and other collaborators to overcome any obstacles hindering timely task completion

Key Requirements

Outstanding customer service and administrative skills

Proven experience in managing service-related orders and customer complaints

Strong data management skills to ensure accuracy in reviewing open work orders, MODS, and service contracts

Ability to maintain compliance with all legislative requirements, both internally and externally

Experience in developing and implementing standard methodologies within a technical service function

Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with both internal teams and customers

Familiarity with JDE or similar systems is desirable.
