We are hiring a Senior Operations Associate to manage the IN Shopping Videos Product-Summary-Videos (PSV) charter end to end. This includes but is not limited to:

- Video Production Overview: review recommendations from system and create weekly requests to create high touch videos
- Evaluate type of video requirement, align stakeholders and create image based / high touch / automated video requests
- Event Planning for volumes, categories and video types to ensure in-time delivery
- Actively manage video removal requests from category and seller teams
- Ensure smooth operations and manage escalations with Production Agency
- Share periodic updates and reports with internal stakeholders
- Resolve partner issues related to payments, technical and operational support, and ad-hoc queries
