The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational and financial performance through the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports covering operational metrics, revenue, recovery, and expenses. This role provides regular and ad hoc reporting to department leadership, leads the implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems, and ensures master files and supply expenses are accurately aligned with case volume and revenue. The analyst also supports the financial and operational integration of new facilities and the development of new business lines within existing operations.
**A caregiver in this position will work days from 8:00am to 5:00pm.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detail reports of operational performance, revenue, recovery, and expense information.
+ Provide information monthly and as needed to chair/director.
+ Provide leadership for implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems.
+ Ensure the master file is current, and supply expenses are aligned with case volume and revenue.
+ Manage financial and operational integration of new facilities, and development of new business lines within existing facilities.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field
+ Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting ( **Offset** : Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience)
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ In some locations, ability to move up to 15 pounds
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
**Pay Range**
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
