The opportunity:
We have an opportunity available for a Senior Operations Administrator to join our Vitality team within Marketing and Propositions. Reporting to the Head of Vitality Delivery and Engagement you will be responsible for executing the AU and NZ Vitality operational functions and providing excellent service to Vitality Partners, Members and the wider business.
This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail, high level excel skills and a desire to help Australian’s live healthier, longer, better lives every single day.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne.
To do this successfully you will:
Reconcile invoices received from Vitality Partners and investigate and resolve discrepancies internally or with Partners directlyRaise payments to pay our Partners within agreed SLAExecute reconciliation on daily payment report to ensure accuracy and release the file for finance processingProcess data files received from Partners to enable benefit rules to be applied and cashbacks owing to members to be calculated correctlyUndertake end to end management of the loan benefit to reduce member impact from a financial perspective prior to any payment runsResolve member and partner queries received through the respective mail inboxesFloat and stock management to ensure there is sufficient funds and stock available to ensure members are not impactedReview, track and escalate trends and feedback to relevant stakeholders including IT, Partners, and Partner Managers.Engage in UAT, DR, BCP and PVT testing when requiredSuccessful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working within a finance, accounting or similar roleAdvanced skills in Excel including vLookup, indexing, pivot tables and macrosExceptional analytical skills to identify any discrepanciesThe ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex mattersA high sense of urgencyMotivation to learn and constantly improve processesA strong work ethic with a high degree of personal accountabilityWhy choose AIA:
