You’ll also provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and reception services—becoming a key part of our service delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities** + Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines with precision and efficiency. + Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems for timely resolution. + Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and processing job requests. + Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of completed jobs and support building operations. + Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties as needed. + Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment while handling equipment and materials. **Qualifications – Must Have** + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Qualifications – Nice to Have** + Previous experience in copy/print services or related fields. + Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair. + Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
