To take care of day to day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities of sterile API 2. To execute the maintenance activity related to engineering projects in Sterile API 3. Planning, monitoring, review and handling/updating the documents of calibration of Instruments and Preventive maintenance of equipment in Sterile API 4. Maintain the documents related to engineering projects in API. 5. Compliance to safety procedures cGMP & SOPs. 6. To follow the Safety & Maintenance work permit system during execution of work. 7. To maintain the documents of engineering work as per the requirements. 8. Coordination of interdepartmental activities with colleagues. 9. To attend all the trainings related to the Job Role. 10. Preparation of SOPs, change control, unplanned & planned deviation and CAPA review report. 11. Maintain the inventory of the archived document & stored in easily retrievable area with labels. 12. Maintain & issued the all bound log book & also involved & complete the attachments related to validation, qualification & investigation & internal audit. 13. To ensure on-line documentation and maintain the cGMP, adequacy & accuracy with respect to data integrity. 14. To perform department training coordinator related for preparation of Training Review, Completion Report, Master Training Need Matrix and Trainer Qualification Document, Reviews completion and set Due date of Job Specific Trainings and its assignment, Evaluation of a learning activity, Archive the Manual Training record, Track pending trainings and ensure completion, Generation of Impact assessment report for Activity Based SOPs, Training program management. 15. Preparation & Execution of HVAC & utility qualification activities and review of these documents. 16. Preparation of risk assessment, protocols, reports related to qualification, requalification etc. 17. For issuance of material from Engineering Stores. 18. To follow the Shift Schedule. 19. Responsibilities as Reliever to Colleagues of the department. 20. To provide engineering support for equipment qualification of Plant & Machinery. 21.
